Proof of concept (completed in 2021): This first phase demonstrated that the Luci program could bring about significant change in the lifestyle habits of study participants in each of the three program domains (healthy eating, physical activity and intellectual stimulation).
Efficacy study (planned for 2023): The last phase of the study will enable us to determine, based on a very large group of participants, whether the program leads to significant changes in their lifestyle habits, therefore decreasing their risk of Alzheimer’s disease and dementia.
In addition to the validation study, we are looking for volunteers to test new features in the Luci App on an ongoing basis.
With your feedback, our team can improve the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of the platform. Our goal? To make it even more user-friendly and accessible!
Luci’s mission is to promote healthy lifestyle habits in an effort to support cognitive health and prevent Alzheimer’s disease.
Combining the support of a healthy lifestyle advisor with the convenience of technology, the Luci program focuses on three areas: healthy eating, physical activity, and intellectual stimulation.
